There's is a policy in which if the product doesn't meet customer expectations, then the customer have 3-5 business days once the product is recieved (This excludes weekends and holidays). 

In order to recieve your product the next day, the deliver fee is $20.00. For 2-3 business days, the deliver fee is $10.00. For 3-5 business days, the deliver fee is $5.00. (This policy excludes weekends and holidays. This fees doesn't NOT include US taxes.)
